Please take your time to fill out the questionnaire below with as much accuracy and detail as possible. Our team will base your website design on the content you provide and your answers to this questionnaire.

As a reminder, this service includes:

  • Your content being loaded to the pre-existing PhotoBiz template of your choice, which will be personalized to match your brand
    • Max 10 pages (recommend 300 words per page)
    • Max 200 images (recommend 15-20 images per gallery)
  • One (1) round of revisions, including one template change
  • Up to 2 hours of service time (this includes time spent on the phone with our Pro Services team)

This service does not include setting up a Store, Forms, Client Galleries, Scheduler, or Blog, or any custom design. We do offer a separate Custom Site service, if desired. 

The service is limited by technological limitations of the PhotoBiz template system.

Please note: Be sure to log into your email and add emailsupport@mailbiz1.photobiz.com to your contact list. This will ensure you don't miss any notification emails on the updates from our team regarding your service.

This service must be completed within 30 days. The actual timeline is dependent on how quickly we receive your questionnaire, content, and feedback. See the service agreement for more details.

In order to set up your content in the template of your choice, after you complete this questionnaire we will need you to send us the following:

  • Images to go on your website
    • We will load up to 200 images on your site. We recommend including 15-20 images per image gallery. You will have the ability to upload additional images once the service is completed.
  • Text for the pages of your website
    • This service includes building up to 10 pages.
    • We recommend that all websites have at least a homepage, about page, and contact page and about 300 words per page.
    • You may wish to include other pages such as information, investment, services, testimonials, etc. We encourage you to think about what makes the most sense for you and your business!

*Please note, drop down pages do not count as a page. For example, if you have GALLERY as a menu item with a drop down for senior sessions, portraits, and weddings, the gallery page would not count as a page, but senior sessions, portraits, and weddings would.

CUSTOMER AGREEMENT/CONTRACT

The PhotoBiz service is limited to a 30-day service term and includes 2 hours of total work done by our Pro Services Team. This 2-hour work limit includes time spent building your website, as well as any consultations and follow up discussions. During the Service, if any questions or issues come up unrelated to the service, they must be handled by our support department. The Service is limited by technological limitations of the PhotoBiz template system. 

The service is not an ongoing service. No adjustments will be made after the Service is complete. Additional requests that fall outside of the 30-day service period or 2-hour work limit will be considered a Custom Service and billed at a standard rate of $150/hour.

A maximum of 10 pages will be set up. The service includes one (1) round of revisions. You can only change your template one (1) time within the website revisions.

The service is limited to loading content and launching one (1) website of ten (10) pages or less and does not include custom design work (including graphics, logos, special coding), marketing work, or the setup of other products (e.g., Blog posts, Ecommerce, Client Galleries, Forms, Marketing). If you'd like to have us set up any of these other products, we can provide a custom quote for this as a separate, custom service.

The Service shall be completed within 30 days of project inception (the date of submitting your questionnaire). After the 30 days have passed, PhotoBiz’s work on the Service is complete. 

A thirty (30) day money-back guarantee applies to unstarted PhotoBiz Services; however, once a Service has begun, the money-back guarantee no longer applies, and will not be refunded. Because of the nature of the Services, PhotoBiz cannot give refunds after it has begun or completed its work. The submission of this questionnaire constitutes the start of the Service and our work.
